• Account information: name, email address, authentication provider, and securely hashed password where email/password registration is used.
• Inquiry information: name, email, optional phone and country, party size, preferred timing, selected trek or add-ons, message, and estimated trip value.
• Booking information: customer contact details, selected trek or departure, party size, quoted totals, deposit status, notes, and booking status.
• Review information: name, optional country or city, selected trek, rating, title, and review text.
• Technical information required for security and operation, such as session cookies and short-lived authentication-state cookies.

• To answer inquiries and prepare, administer, and communicate about bookings.
• To operate client and administrative accounts and protect restricted areas of the website.
• To calculate requested trip estimates and record selected services.
• To moderate submitted reviews before publication.
• To comply with lawful requests and obligations that apply to a confirmed trip.

We may share only the information reasonably needed with service providers that host the application or store uploaded media, authentication providers selected by the user, and operational suppliers involved in a confirmed trip.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or a valid order. We do not state that personal information is sold, and the current application contains no advertising-network integration.

The current online booking form does not collect card or bank-account details and does not take payment at submission. It records a booking request and displayed estimate; payment instructions, if applicable, are communicated separately after availability is reviewed.

The website uses essential cookies for signed-in sessions and temporary Google sign-in security state. Interface preferences and notification state may be stored in the browser. The current codebase does not include Plausible, Google Analytics, or advertising trackers.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, account or booking administration, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. No fixed retention period is promised by this website.

We use access controls, secure session cookies in production, and password hashing. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you or request a correction or deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
