Company registration, tax, tourism-license, membership, and registered-office details are not published here unless they have been verified against current company records.

Routes, prices, dates, inclusions, altitude information, and availability may change. The information on a trek page is an overview; the written booking confirmation controls the services included in a booking.

Travel conditions in mountain areas can require changes to transport, accommodation, timing, or itinerary. We will communicate material changes relevant to a confirmed booking.

Permit requirements depend on the route and the rules in force at the time of travel. Nepal's Department of Immigration states that permits for restricted trekking areas are issued through listed trekking agencies. Nepal Tourism Board separately publishes current TIMS and protected-area guidance.

A trek page should state which permits are included. Travelers should rely on their written booking confirmation for the permits Himalera will arrange for a particular trip.
